Terms & Conditions.
THE FOLLOWING TERMS constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) between you as the (“User”/”Client”) and HEY BEAUTIFUL., (“we”, “us”) and contain the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use to The Services provided by Us.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged full price.
Cancellations
To cancel or to change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Appointments missed will be charged at full treatment price.
Booking Fee
We reserve the right to request a non refundable booking fee in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy. Any missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours, will risk you losing your booking fee.
Courses
All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 9 months. Missed appointments may result in treatments being deducted from your course.
All courses are non refundable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for treatments and must be produced at the time of treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If paying with a gift voucher, you must give details at time of booking. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until it's expiry date.
Patch Tests
Tinting, eyelash extension services and IPL treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior to your first treatment, this is for your own safety and also for insurance purposes.
Providing no adverse reactions take place, your treatment will go ahead.
Prices
Hey Beautiful's prices are subject to change without notice.
Mobile Service
A mobile service is available to book online on a Monday only.
A charge of £0.50 is charged per mile of any distance over the free travel threshold (10 miles).
A deposit will be taken for group bookings.
Payment is required no later than the day of treatment.
Please accommodate the necessary space for your mobile treatment and ensure the working area is clutter free.
Please keep pets and distractions at bay.
Respect for the therapist is still expected as it is in a salon environment, any disregard to this will result in termination of treatment/s, you will also be expected to pay full price for any treatments booked.
There is a minimum spend of £15.00 per visit.
Advanced Treatments
Advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, IPL hair reduction and IPL medical therapies can only be performed on people over the age of 18.
The Right to Refuse Treatment
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect will not be tolerated.
Covid-19 guidelines for Clients.
Due to the new way we are required to work, we have introduced new protocols for the safety of the clients and staff. Please read the following carefully, and details of what to expect on your next visit.
Please come to your appointment alone, children can not attend the salon at this time.
Please bring as little as possible with you to your appointment (no shopping etc)
Arrive on time and wait outside until a therapist greets you.
Please wear a mask to your appointment.
Unfortunately, we can not offer you any refreshments, please bring with you a bottle of water if you feel that you may require a drink. We are also asking that you to take the bottle home with you.
When you arrive, you will be asked to wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided.
Only arranged appointments are allowed. There will be no walk in service.
DATA PROTECTION
You will need to provide your up to date contact details as we may be required to share your contact details with the NHS Test and Trace if requested. There will be a form to sign at the time of your treatment if you do not have the NHS test and trace scanner to scan the QR code.
SYMPTOMS OF COVID -19
Please only attend your appointment if you are healthy. If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 which include high fever, continuous cough, loss of sense of smell and taste. Please rearrange your appointment this includes if anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms or if you have been in close contact with anyone else who has. Your booking fee will be passed to your rescheduled appointment.
