Facial Massage
Let’s face facts
We have 43 muscles in our faces, all of which are working together and are able to transmit thousands of different messages. This give others information on our emotional state, short term feelings, our mental health, personality, our mood and our physical health.
We don't just use our facial muscles for expressions. There are the other uses such as eating, drinking, talking, kissing, blowing and blinking.
It is often overlooked how much our facial muscles are worked.
Your face represents both what you are feeling and what you are thinking. I'm sure that we have all been told, at least at one point in our lives, that it takes less muscles to smile than it does to frown. Well, nobody actually knows whether this is true or not because we all smile and frown differently.
Beauty and facial massage
Have you noticed how beauty has turned a little more hardcore?
There are so many different service add on options such as micro-current, radio frequency, microdermabrasion, laser, IPL, electroporation, galvanic, high frequency and there are many, many more options out there. Some of which are more effective than others.
Also, with anti-wrinkle injections and filler coming into the picture, most holistic treatments tend to get pushed aside for the more aesthetic treatments to jump into play.
Let's admit, not all of us are lucky enough to have the money to fund these advanced treatments, but we still long for that contoured, toned, glowing, bright, healthy and youthful looking appearance. It would be even better if results were immediate too.
Well, there is a treatment and it has been under our noses all along and in my opinion I'm not sure why it gets overlooked.

Facial Massage
Massage was practised by the Chinese 3,000 years ago to help with vitality, and 19th century massage popularity reached its peak as Pehr Henrik Ling (1776–1837) brought it to the United States. Later, Johan Georg Mezger (1838–1909) adapted French names to denote the basic massage strokes used today. Effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction and vibration. These strokes are all used in each form of massage somewhere along the line, whether it be a body massage or a facial massage.
There are so many different types of natural facial massages that are available. Ranging from treatments that focus on relaxation, lifting, anti-ageing, pressure points, facial reflexology/shiatsu and toning (and that's just a handful).

What do I have to offer?
So, what can I offer for you?
I offer many different natural facials that incorporate different forms of massage.
All of them will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged and glowing.
The best bit about all of these lovely facials, is that I get to perform my favourite treatment and you will get to reap all of those benefits and more.
The TLC facial
The TLC facial uses rose infused, collagen lifting cleansers, exfoliators, toners and masks. A lifting massage is performed using a gemstone infused balm and a facial contour lifting tool. Lymph drainage is aided by the use of rose quartz facial rollers and facial gua sha. This facial takes about 90 minutes.
The Natural lift facial
The natural lift facial is a blend of Japanese and Indian face massage, facial reflexology and acupressure. This amazing treatment helps to reduce and prevent wrinkles by strengthening and toning facial muscles. It helps reduce tension in the face, neck and shoulders and can help relieve headaches, eyestrain, sinus problems and insomnia. This facial takes 60 minutes.
The Stone therapy facial
After your skin is cleansed and dead skin cells are removed, stones are used to help melt away tension and fatigue. Warm stones are gently massaged on the face and neck to stimulate circulation and eliminate toxins, cold stones are used to help tone your skin. This facial takes 40 minutes.
The Bespoke facial
This is a facial that is completely tailored to your skin's needs. Within this facial, after your consultation, your skin is cleansed, toned, analysed, exfoliated, extractions are done, you will receive a facial massage, masks are applied and a report is emailed to you following treatment. This treatment varies between 30 and 90 minutes, it all depends on your skin's needs and your requirements.
Facial cupping
This is quite often a treatment that is used as an add-on alongside a massage within a facial. Silicone cups are used to create a gentle vacuum to help aid lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and help reduce sinus congestion.
